I think Emporer Ping chose children instead of Adults because children rush and find a ISNTANT solution without thinking and Adults already know the answer to Emperor Pings question. But Sing thought about it and she became the prime minester. I think the children worked together because they probably thought that they could sabatosh thier project. I think that sing didn't think armies, Money or technology were the most powerful thing in the world because all of those could perish. I think the Author was trying to say is that LIFE is the most powerful thing in the world because life will always be around in at least 1 thing.
